GIIS 2019 – Bengaluru, India

The Bengaluru summit delivered up-to-date insights into residency & citizenship by investment programmes for various markets including the Caribbean, USA, UK, Canada, Cyprus, Malta, Lavtia and more.

This was the second event of its kind to be hosted by us in Bengaluru. After the success of our first visit, we knew we had to return to India’s very own “Silicon Valley” as there is a great need for global mobility and international fluidity for the various start-ups and tech companies who operate out of the region. Forbes considers Bangalore one of “The Next Decade’s Fastest-Growing Cities”. The city is the third largest hub for high-net-worth individuals and is home to over 10,000-dollar millionaires and about 60,000 super-rich people who have an investment surplus of Rs 45 million (US$650,930) and Rs 5 million (US$72,300) respectively.

This fully-packed conference provided up-to-date information and key contact networking opportunities for HNWIs (high-net-worth individuals) looking to invest in immigration programmes such as the American EB-5 Program and other markets. The conference and exhibition was attended by hundreds of Indian business owners and entrepreneurs who took the opportunity to network with government officials, migration agents, property developers, media personnel, bankers, and high-profile delegates from other businesses, sponsors and supporting organizations.

The sessions began at 10:15am with the first panel focused on the USA’s EB-5 program and went into detail about the incoming regulations and price increases from November 2019 onwards. After this, there were presentations from International Growth Capital, Global Premier America and HomeFed Corporation showcasing their EB-5 investment projects. The next presentation then moved onto explore the various options Grenada presents from Kimpton Kawana Bay, followed by a presentation on the UK innovator visa for Indian start-ups and entrepreneurs presented by Magrath Sheldrick LLP.

After a brief reprieve for a networking brief, we returned to the Caribbean to explore the opportunities available from Dominica, St. Lucia and St. Kitts and Nevis presented by CS Global Partners. We then moved onto Canadas and the Quebec and New Brunswick immigrant investor/entrepreneur programs which were expertly outlined by Sherbrooke Street Capital and Client Referrals.

GIIS 2019 – Johannesburg, South Africa

This was the first event of its kind to be held in Johannesburg. As the largest city and one of the 50 largest urban areas in the world, Johannesburg is an important economic and industrial hub in South Africa with an estimated gross domestic product (GDP) of $76 Billion (USD). It is the provincial capital and largest city of Gauteng, which is the wealthiest province in South Africa. The city is located in the mineral-rich Witwatersand range of hills and is the centre of large-scale gold and diamond trade.

This fully-packed conference provided up-to-date information and key contact networking opportunities for HNWIs (high-net-worth individuals) looking to invest in immigration programmes such as the American
EB-5 Program and other markets. The conference and exhibition was attended by hundreds of South African business owners and entrepreneurs who took the opportunity to network with government officials, migration agents, property developers, media personnel, bankers, and high-profile delegates from other businesses, sponsors and supporting organizations.

Next there was a presentation and panel to discuss Canada as a destination before another networking break. The final session was jam packed, kicking off with a panel discussing the Caribbean followed by presentations by CS Global and presentations on Antigua and Barbuda, culminating in a panel discussing why South Africans should apply for second passports.

The Ahmedabad summit delivered up-to-date insights into residency & citizenship by investment programmes for various markets including the Caribbean, USA, Canada, UK, Malta, Latvia and Montenegro.

This was the first event of its kind to be held in Ahmedabad. As the largest city and former capital of Gujarat state, Ahmedabad is an important economic and industrial hub in India with an estimated gross domestic product (GDP) of $64 Billion (USD). Ahmedabad ranked third in the list of fastest growing cities of the decade and was recently named as the best city to live in in India.

This fully-packed conference provided up-to-date information and key contact networking opportunities for HNWIs (high-net-worth individuals) looking to invest in immigration programmes such as the American EB-5 Program and other markets. The conference and exhibition was attended by hundreds of Indian business owners and entrepreneurs who took the opportunity to network with government officials, migration agents, property developers, media personnel, bankers, and high-profile delegates from other businesses, sponsors and supporting organizations.

The morning sessions focused on the USA and included EB-5 Panel Discussions on the changing face of EB-5 and its impact on Indian investors. These were followed by spotlights on various EB-5 realty investment projects currently available, and business opportunities within the UAE.

The early afternoon sessions focused on the Caribbean and included panel discussions on Grenada, Dominica, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia and Antigua and Barbuda panels. They also included country spotlight presentations on the Caribbean markets. These were followed by presentations on residency and investment opportunities in Latvia, Malta, Montenegro and Canada.

GIIS 2018 – London, United Kingdom

The Global Investment Immigration Summit 2018 provided a snapshot into overall residency & citizenship by investment through markets in the Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, Caribbean, USA, UK, Mauritius & Canada.

London is the ideal location. One of its leading attributes is its geographic central location, as London is within a six-hour flight of three continents. Not only is the city accessible, but it also possesses a time zone advantage for doing business with Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Over the course of two session-packed days, the event provide up-to-date  information and key contact networking opportunities for HNWIs (high net worth individuals) from Markets such as MENA (Middle-East North Africa), India, pan Asian region Russia and Europe, attendees wishing to invest through immigration programs such as the American EB-5 Program to attain US permanent residency.

This conference provided information on the best-strategy and citizenship/residency application investment opportunities and introductions to approved agents and experts.

GIIS 2018 – Mumbai India

The BLS Global – Citizenship by Investment Summit has been declared a great success by the attendees that included foreign intermediaries, project developers, regional centres, attorneys and investment professionals and significantly, High Net Worth Investors (HNWI). These investment programmes are becoming increasingly popular, offering the significant benefits of flexibility, mobility, and the freedom to live and work in a global environment and the Summit was extremely informative.

The JW Marriott in Juhu, Mumbai was a great venue and the production impeccable. On Day One following an opening Keynote Address from Chandrakant Salunkhe, President of SME Chamber of Commerce in India, the Caribbean Sessions began with the presentations of the CBI programmes of Grenada, The Grenardines, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Saint Lucia and St. Kitts and Nevis. German residence permits and investment were also presented before the lunch break.

The afternoon of Day One was given over to the USA for their very Canada and Germany to present their CBI programmes and the attractive E-B5 investment opportunities in real estate which includes renowned lawyer, Prashant Ajmera gave a special session called visa-free passports for investors and their families!
