For Canada, we provide two programs in two different provinces:

Moreover, applicants to either program must provide a source and proof of fund as well as be willing to reside in Canada for a specified period of time to qualify for Citizenship.
The Canada Entrepreneur Program seeks to attract foreign individuals who will be entitled to obtain permanent residency. Investment is at $150,000 CAD and processing time is 12 to 16 months.
This business impact category option seeks to attract experienced entrepreneurs who are ready to invest in the province of Prince Edward Island and create jobs for Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
The Quebec Immigrant Investor Program allows you and your family to obtain a Canadian permanent resident visa through purchasing government bonds. Investment is $220,000 CAD shall the investor chooses the financed option. Processing time is between 12 to 44 months.
