To coincide with Grenada’s 46th Anniversary of Independence, the construction of Six Senses 100-room luxury hotel; located on Grenada’s La Sagesse beach was announced on February 7th and it is anticipated to be complete by November 2022.
Ten months after the Government of Grenada signed the agreement with Range Developments, the hotel design had been finalised and the construction process has already begun. The managing director of Range Developments, Mr. Mohammed Asaria stated “the pace of progress on the project is indicative of the company’s commitment to deliver in record time”.
Dr Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada said, “The Government of Grenada fully supports and welcomes the work of Range Developments, which has an outstanding record of delivering the finest, world class resorts in the Caribbean.”. Range Developments is a highly successful proprietor of luxury five star resorts funded by CBI and the Park Hyatt St Kitts and Cabritts Resort Kempinksi in Dominica are among some of the company’s already successfully completed.
In addition, Six Senses will provide visitors with a thoroughly unique experience as it lies outside the traditional tourist belt. This will further benefit the country’s rural economy and in doing so, Grenada’s as a whole.
The Six Senses are currently advocating for investors who will enjoy multiple citizenship benefits including visa-free travel to over 130 countries and who are able to invest the minimum amount of $220,000 into this heavily anticipated government approved project.
Investors will also have the opportunity to apply for USA E-2 Investor visa, which is unique to Grenada amongst other Caribbean CBI countries.
